This Privacy Policy explains how Lucky Lucky accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the Lucky Lucky mobile application and related services (the “Service”). It also explains the choices and rights available to you.
Important: Lucky Lucky uses personal information to operate your account, personalize symbolic entertainment content, verify digital purchases, secure the Service and provide support. We do not use birth information or generated readings to verify your identity, make decisions about your eligibility, or make guaranteed predictions about you.

Lucky Lucky does not request or store your precise geographic location or birth city as part of the current profile flow.
Purchase and entitlement information
Payment card numbers, bank-account details and Google account payment credentials are processed by Google Play and are not received or stored by Lucky Lucky.
Generated images and service content
Technical and diagnostic information
Analytics events do not include your email address, Lucky Lucky user ID, birth information, wish or question text, generated readings, purchase tokens or payment details.
We use information for the following purposes:
Lucky Lucky may send your nickname, optional birth information, wish or question, and a base symbolic result to configured AI providers to generate or enhance text and artwork. These outputs are provided for entertainment and reflection only. We do not use them for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Do not submit confidential information, government identifiers, payment-card information, medical records or another person’s personal information in a wish or question.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose or transmit information to the following categories of recipients only as needed for the purposes described above:
Service providers may process information only under their own applicable terms, privacy notices and contractual responsibilities.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you, provide requested features, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in security and service operation, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
Generated history older than six months is deleted or de-identified and will no longer be available in the App. Retention periods for purchase, entitlement, security and legally required records may differ by record type and jurisdiction. Information that must be retained will be isolated from ordinary product use and deleted or de-identified when the retention purpose ends.
You can request permanent account deletion from Profile → Account → Delete account permanently. You may also submit a request without the App through our web account-deletion page. We verify account ownership before processing web requests. The App warns you before deletion because your profile and accessible history cannot be restored.
After a valid deletion request, we revoke active sessions, mark the old Lucky Lucky account as canceled, change its login identifiers to prevent the account from being used again, and remove access to its profile and history. Archived account, generated-content, purchase and security records may remain in restricted storage for fraud prevention, purchase reconciliation, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Deleting your Lucky Lucky account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play to stop future renewal. If you can no longer access the App, use the web account-deletion page above.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. You may:
We may need to verify your request and may limit a request where permitted by law, including to protect another person’s rights or preserve required transaction and security records.
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated sessions, signed application requests, replay protection, access controls, encrypted network transport where supported, purchase-token verification and restricted cloud access. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and apply applicable data-protection requirements.
Lucky Lucky is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to use of the Service in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information without appropriate permission should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
Google Sign-In, Google Play and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Lucky Lucky is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, but we select and configure providers for Service-related purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, our providers, legal requirements or data practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
For privacy questions, account-deletion requests or requests to exercise your rights, use the developer privacy or support contact displayed on Lucky Lucky’s Google Play listing. Include enough information for us to identify your Lucky Lucky account and understand the request, but do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.
